			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>This April 1st caught me unawares. I was thinking &#8220;What the hell is wrong with everybody?&#8221; as I read post after ridiculous post. The Dutch government will <a href="http://www.quirksmode.org/blog/archives/2007/04/dutch_to_revert.html">revert to tables</a>? The freakin&#8217; <em>Dutch</em>?  Next the <a href="http://ajaxian.com">Ajaxian</a> and some bullcrap about <a href="http://ajaxian.com/archives/the-new-timers">whitespace used as a timer</a> to replace/augment <code>onload</code>?  Then I bought this thing about Google printing and mailing you your emails.  &#8220;Isn&#8217;t that amazing? Google is getting their hands into <em>everything</em>.  Then I read a little further, and realized I am an idiot: </p><br />

<p>But be careful about Google&#8217;s April Fool celebrations&#8230; remember GMail and its gig of storage were <a href="http://www.webpronews.com/topnews/2004/04/01/google-gmail-april-fools-hoax">thought to be a prank</a>.</p>
